Why would a woman of 10 is suffering from breast cancer in the West compared with 1 in 10 000 in China?
The Chinese do not consume dairy products.
Epidemiological studies are also beginning to highlight the link between milk and cancer.
So how dairy products, so loved and admired since our childhood, by Western, not to mention that the American diet contains 40%.
Can they have such adverse effects?
The breast milk of mammals is a perfect food for baby mammal. But milk contains a powerful chemical element " the insulin growth factor or IGF-1 ",found naturally in pubescent girls because it promotes breast development.
This chemical, designed to stimulate growth, could also promote extreme cell growth.
More than 70% of the world's population can not digest the milk sugar, lactose. The homogenization of the latter, apparently only to allow cancer-causing chemicals to move faster in the blood.
Epidemiological studies show a positive correlation between the consumption of dairy products and breast cancer for twenty years. Researchers are beginning to find an increased risk of breast cancer and prostate cancer in people who consume milk. There is also dioxins and some other carcinogens, often soluble in fats, found in particularly high concentration in milk.
But one could also say that we drink milk since the 1960s is no longer the same as before, in fact before the cows ate grass, which is rarely the case nowadays.
How to know: easy! Check for yourself: stop the milk for a few weeks and observe the effect on your well being.
You feel better, deal with minor ailments such as acne, allergies, bloating, etc.
This will encourage you to avoid milk in the future.
